Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

With Highway Entertainment you can buy with confidence as we stand behind our products and service.

However, before making a purchase we recommend that you:
  • Read the product description of the goods and manual before purchase. Not all parts are suitable for all machines.
  • Order test samples or contact us for advice, if you plan on ordering a large quantity of a part which you have never tested. For example, to return 500pcs of a coin mech from Argentina will be extremely expensive for you.
  • Check the condition of the product and what warranty is offered.
All returns are subject to our return policy. Please read further for details.

Returning Policy: Defective Items "Dead on Arrival"

Unless you have purchased a product which is sold "as-is" or "without warranty", we gladly accept defective products for refund.
At the sole discretion of Highway Entertainment, we will issue a credit note, send a new replacement item, or repair the product. All costs associated with the return back to our warehouse are to be paid by you, and we will pay for the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

We will work together with you to solve all problems quickly. However, all returns must be authorized via our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number system.

Returning Policy: Non-Defective Items


Please think carefully before making any purchases, as refunds are not always available for change of mind purchases or items that are unsuitable. Some products, especially smaller items available in our main warehouse, may be returned or exchanged but this is not always the case.

Consider these examples;

  • We special order a specific part for a customer from a supplier in Japan. The customer receives the part and realises that they ordered the wrong model.

    We cannot accept a return on the item as the Japanese supplier will not refund us for the purchase. However, if the customer contacted us before the purchase we may have been able to direct him to the right product.

  • A customer buys a Getaway Pinball machine. After playing it for a week, he decides he no longer likes the machine.

    Since there is nothing wrong with the machine we cannot offer a refund. However, if he contacts us, we might be able to organise a new buyer for the machine.

  • We have modified or customised a product for a customer. In these situations we cannot offer any returns.

Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)

All goods being returned need to be approved by Highway Entertainment Pty Ltd through an RMA. This number is very important because it allows our warehouse manager to quickly process your return and keep you informed when the goods arrive and status. Without this RMA number, your goods will not be accepted.

When returning goods, please always display the RMA number on the package and enclose the RMA form inside the carton/package. To apply for an RMA number, please contact one of our sales staff.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, and have a tracking number. Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree to bear the risk of loss for the product during return shipment. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted by Highway Entertainment Pty Ltd.
